not sure where we were...but we where at a beach called surf side around freeport or w.e...here are 3 big fish my brothers hooked.

sadly i didnt catch anything cause ima loser lol.

Look at it this way,at least when you come over you always end up catching those bass out on the pond. Like I've always told you the more you fish the better the fisherman you become.

dead shrimp...but we had a casting net,so we had live mullets.well some mullets died so we cut them up and used them as bait. ^.^.it was reallly windy thow.

Were there a lot of mullet? Last time we fish with mullet it took a while to get enough bait to fish with

there was a huge school of mullets by the rock thingys.they were all jumpng n stuff.....some mullets we caught where up to 9 to 11 inches.hard to pull them out with a casting net.saves us the cash xP

Good thing my uncle change out my line in June, when I went to South Padre Island, from 9lbs test line to 65lbs test power pro <(^.^)> stingray put up a GOOD FIGHT and was slightly bigger than the 15'' rim on my car lol.

When we target sharks out of the yaks, we use cownose rays. Cut em up in chunks and float em under a balloon. Stingrays are definitely shark candy.

Way to go on the catches. If you can get past all the slime on the gafftop catfish, they make great tablefare. Just not enough meat on them to mess with IMO. Also, you can cook up the ray in some butter and make em taste like scallops.

dont you still have to slice of both outer skins?
