Randal the HLP spilway is still there but you can not access it from land :118: you have to come by boat if you want to fish the discharge. i tshould be good for croaker and sand trout coming in to spawn here in octobre:icon_rolleyes:

Ben is right,the pier is closed but the boat ramp is open as well as the park

I would say Seawolf or a beach front pier. 91st, Flagship or San Luis Pier. Seawolf is as good as any. On the Flagship (hotel) you can frive out and see if anyone is catching any fish before you pay so that is a plus too.
