Kingwood , Texas ( located north of Houston and Humble but south of newcaney and porter )

I use to jug lake Houston and west fork alot from 2007-2009 but in November 2009 start jugging lake Conroe hot and heavy . Did quite a bit of white bass and striper chasing on Livingston in the Summer of 2009. So catfish is #1 on lake Conroe . Whitebass on Livingston as #2 .

Wife and I love to chase white bass and hybrid on Somerville and then Conroe.

I also like catfishing on Conroe and Fayette County.

After 2 years without a boat we finally got another one and will be fishing hot and heavy as soon as the weather gets right.

#1Favorite fishing hole for freshwater would have to be Sam Rayburn, for saltwater Port Mansfield.

#2 for fresh would be sheldon and conroe

I live in Crosby, Newport and so far my number one spot has to be Lake Houston and then anywhere with water. Salt or fresh as I am not choosy. Just like catching fish. So far I have targeted catfish and just getting into jugs but love fishing Tabs and Galveston Bays for specks and red fish.

Recently retired and moved back home after living in Oregon for about 40 years. loved the salmon and steelhead fishing and there is nothing to compare it to here (at least not yet). I miss it but am just getting started here.

I live in Mabank, TX right on the North bank of Cedar Creek Lake and about 40 miles from Tawakoni. I fish rod&reel only. Target blue cat, winter trophy blues and spring large numbers of box fish 2=8#. I fish for a living and fish normally 3-5 times a week, yes I fish when I don't have paying trip.
I was very fond of Fairfield Lake State Park, but that is over a for a while after the last large fish kill.
I will be fishing the Trinity River this summer for large alligator gar as well as Cedar Creek for hybrids.
