    Very Nice Catch
Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.

That Stetson has been with me for several years. I usually lose hats within a few months. I have somehow hung onto this one for a while and hope to have it for a while longer.

We where about 35 miles out. That was the only sow. Caught a five man limit of snappers, a few chicken dolphin, a king, a nice size grey snapper, trigger fish and dpiper we caught no b-liners...hahaha...

I would have halfshelled it or drawn it if I was going home but since I was staying another night and going out again the next day I filleted it and cut it up in chunkis so it would fit in gallon bags.

Last night I mesquite grilled some snapper, triggerfish, dorado, and steak. Baked a tater and steamed some veggies and boy oh boy was it ever fantastic....mmmm...mmm..mmmm...can't wait to get into the leftovers.
