    reef scouting

A really low tide Friday night exposed lots of shallow reefs around the bay.
Was able to see every characteristic of the reefs i usually wade. you'll learn alot about the contour of the area you fish so you can target certain features that you cant see with a normal tide. You'll also find a few lures lost to snags.

We where also out there Friday night. LOW tide for sure.

We started in Offatts and after the lightn9ing cleared out we went to the channel.

Couldn't get away from the sandies for nothing. Ended up with two keeper specs and went ahead and kept enough large sandies for Saturdays lunch.

Most fish caught on rat-l-traps and super spook jrs.

I started to fish the causeway as we were headed home at daylight but didn't see any bait and I was about to fall off my feet so we took 'er on in.

    Wanna fish Friday night?
