Yeah, SK. All BS ... but it's what I expect every time I fish without a camera. These days, "if there no pictures, it didn't happen."
I just "know" I am going to catch that trophy fish when I have no way to record it. I sure hope I am wrong.

No fish stories today. I remembered the GoPro AND the SD card.

Very nice gills & red breast....Yeap you caught a few ditch pickles too....LOL
I couldn't get video to show.
I'll try again later.

My intro - http://www.fishingtx.com/forum/showthread.php?t=19508
The day before Memorial Day ... and it was windy and "boaty" out there. But I got into an oxbow that sheltered me from the worst of the wind and the boats. Glad I did, as the Bluegill were hitting good in there.
Tossed the clips of the smaller ones on the cutting room floor (except a couple, to prove I caught some). Only the largest ones made it through editing.
Dandy gills....
WOW!
Vacation week. WOO HOO! Gonna catch a dozen or so from the pond one day this week for dinner.
Oh my goodness there Mr. Mike, sure wish i was with you. Man catching those hand sized bluegills and watching them double up a flyrod is just too much fun.
And excellent table fare to boot. You could fillet those but i personally prefer them whole.
When is the best time to go fishing? Whenever you can go. Just do it!
When I was very young, my Grandma (who was an avid bait-n-bobber angler and fish fryer) got a fish bone stuck in her throat. I am sure, now, that she wasn't as close to death as I thought then, but it scared me enough.
I fillet EVERY fish I keep.
