Welcome aboard, specready! I'm assuming the user name means you do some saltwater fishing. If you get a chance, let us know where you normally go. We normally trout fish in the summer wading the beach.
Oh, my friend . What time is this . To trade the handshake for the fist

Thank you for the warm welcome. I am an original houstonian. I merely started saltwater fishing 2 years ago. We fish out of Eagle Point most of the time. West bay is where we wade. I am getting tempted to try a little fresh water soon. I just got a leak in my gas tank in my boat, so right now I am deliberating cutting the floor and installing a new tank myself....any suggestions?

I've been wanting to figure out bay wading as I don't know much about it. As for the boat problem, sounds like a pretty big job. I normally leave those to the pros.
Glad to have you here. If you tear into that boat yourself, let us know how it goes and good luck.

    Welcome to the site, Specready.
If you're mechanically inclined, and good at DYI projects, there are some YouTube videos on doing the type of boat repair you need to do.

Been doing a little wading as well recently.

Maybe we can set up a wading fishing trip/ mini muster soon.
