    still good people around

    stopped to get gas on my way to fishing . left my doggone wallet on the gas pump . i got it back , 2 hrs later . someone turned it into the clerk on duty . nothing missing . this was at a kroger on jones and cypress n houston .
    soooo glad there are good people still around .
    cant help someone see the light if you cover them with hate

    Yes there are some saints out there but it's betting to where more that would not have turned it in. You was lucky indeed. Think the Lord was watching over you. I did the same on Christmas Eve about 4 years ago and by the time I got to the car I realized I left it on the counter and went back in but it was gone. Watch your credit card numbers just in case.

    Perhaps you have been visited by a good person.
    Perhaps people's knowledge that there are ALWAYS cameras now, makes them do the right thing.

    trip was good ! cut a little short , but good . got a few that i guessed at 2 ibs. all on an unweighted plastic crawfish in shallow water , around the fallen trees , in the coves off the bayou . watermellon w/red flake .
    water came up i guess a foot or so since last week .not muddy though .
    lots of people out on the water .

    I dropped my wallet leaving a friends house last week, he called me when I was out fishing and told me he had it. He was real honest and only kept half the money. If it had been me I'd went for it all and the credit cards maxed out.
