    Bull Reds

We made another trip to latch on to another Bull Red. We offered a couple guys to join us. They said they will meet up with us. Mark and I got to dock unloaded boat and waited a little while. We made calls to them. No answer from either of them. Sent them a text as well. We decided to go out and catch some bait and we if they call back. We stopped for a little time to cast the net. Caught bait and Mark hooked up with a keeper red. I finally got text back saying they can't make it. So we just kept fishing.

Been a long time since I caught a Texas slam ( red, trout and flounder ) . I was able to scratch it off my list this year. Lol. Add a Spanish mackerel to it to.

We caught few more reds. Some keepers and some rat reds as well. Plenty of action for sure. Lost a bunch of fish to. Thinking they were flounder due the way the were mouthing the bait. Then other would hit hard and cut mullet in half. Thinking those hits were Spanish mackerel.

After filling cooler with some eater fish we headed to Big Bull Reds waters. Water was rough for sure. We hooked up with a few and lost a few. Not hitting like last weekend. We had a blast tho.

NICE !!! Love it when the fish are cooperating. Even if they aren't big, nothing wrong with catching a variety!
