    Rollover

Went down to the pass saturday night with my dad to try to cash in on some of those flounder during the run.
Saw a few of them get yanked out but I couldn't make it happen.
Anyway, was getting bit right up against the bulkhead pretty regular so i changed tactics and loaded up on some sheepies. Beautiful fish and a pretty solid fight on lighter tackle but alot of work to clean.
    Keepers were bout 16-19''

Sheepshead ... I used to catch those in North Carolina. Fillet them, and didn't find them that hard to clean. But I follow the rib cage when I fillet, keep the thin layer of meat that covers them. That part fries up super crispy ... mmmmmmmm.

Nice ones you have there !!
