BigL, not doing much cast iron cooking these days, but still always cook complete Thanksgiving dinner in them every year. Still have about a dozen pots.

    Luce report:
Got there about 10:30 yesterday, Figured the fish were not hungry early after a night of full moon. Stayed in Luce until 1:30 and then I kept hearing a siren call..... Dairy Queeen.... . Anyway, water in Luce was very good. Low wind, water temp 72. Only got 3 throwbacks, spidering and jigging brush. Got all 3 on pink/black/trues. Jigged with 1/16th jigs. Lots of shad near the mouth of Luce.

Count me in also. Been working 5 days 12 hrs and 8hrs mandatory on Saturday. They told us starting 11-4 we are going back to our regular schedule. That means only a Saturday every once in a while. looking forward to getting back on the water soon.
For me going fishing is just about getting outdoors. Catching fish is just a bonus.
