    Peaches...

    This year was a good year for peaches and blackberries. Lots of gallons this year. Ate a lot. Gave some to friends and family. Froze some, and decided to can a few. 102 quarts. Ready for pears, persimmons and jujubes to kick in...

    Last pic was a peach tree I grew from seed. It's a cross between a sam houston and honey peach...it wonderfully sweet a.d good sized. Not tart at all. White flesh.
