    Welcome to FishingTx
Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I mostly fish the bays because I live on Trinity bay. I grew up bass fishing. But latley bacause of the wind blowing so hard I have gotten back in to the fresh water scene. I have been bass/crappie fishing in the Trinity river and Old River and also Hytree bayou behind the house. Caught more crappie last fall than I did this spring. Cant figure that out.I work shift work so if any of you are off during the week shoot me a PM and we can hook up. Thanks, Russell
