Where ever it is gonna be I plan on bringing my camper too, and staying longer. Just a thought, everyone wants things to be close to home, so here is a thought. Cagle Recreation area here in New Waverly, is just around the corner from Stublefield.(Sam Houston Nat' Forest). The place is clean, hot and cold water showers, clean bathrooms, boat ramp, a place for bank fishing, electric hook ups, It would make a great fishing camp. Another thought is the pavillion at the Anchorage Marina, it would give cover if it was raining. Fairfield Lake is great, Fort Parker over on the Navasoto River, Martin Dies park (Dam B area) out on 190 east, ok I will stop, I don't know what everyone has in mind, but here are some of my favorites.
Good info Randy we'l lsee all tha t, I like to fish Conroe we stayed at castaways marina when there, Batch status not good idear for this site
