    Welcome to FishingTx
Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.

OnlytheHomely, welcome aboard! I don’t believe you will find a friendlier group of fishermen or women anywhere. There are so many people with experience on different bodies of water, different species of fish, and different methods of fishing, all willing to help or get help from you. Please let us know what you fish for and where. Also, pictures are always appreciated.

    glad to be here

Thanks for the welcome. I hope I get to meet some of you real soon.
I normally fish saltwater but will go where the fish are to feel a tug. I live in Humble, close to Lake Houston, but drive an hour to get to Trinity Bay. I've been accused of not using both brain cells at the same time.

    Thanks again,
    Paul
