credit card fraud

well they got me 2 days ago a man and wife used my visa card number on line and bought to plane tickets from atowaun (sp) canada to paris france returning in a few months. well they had my name address card number and phone number i now have there names on there passports there email address and there return flight numbers and time. i think this should be a death penilty for this and i will supply the bullets. not really but i would like to see them spent a couple years each offense behind bars

me and my wife have had that happen twice to us when we were still in calif. both the perps got 5 year sentences and had to make restitution that was to little far as im concerned the theft of ones identity is as bad as rape and should be punished as such
