Me either Jighead. I put a nibble on my jig and I eat one. They taste like dried SHAD. Keeps you in tune with the fishes that you are catching.
A fresh saltine cracker helps!! l o l

Pac,

The water temp is probably going to be a good 5-10 degrees cooler on Friday from when I went, so I would try the deepest water you can find. I had my luck around the cypress trees in water 4-6 ft deep. I have never established a reliable crappie bite on Sheldon, but I am going to keep trying. I am sure once they start spawning they will be pretty thick in the cypress knees.
