gator gar aint gonna eat ya heck yer to big fer em they like a nice tasty lil carp or bream even one of them 200 lber will not bother ya i have swim in the water where they were and i aint been bit yet but an ole gator is another story

Silver and scaley huh. ? Was to more round bodied like a gar was it shaped more like a perch (spade like)
While gar have teeth they are generally small razor like teeth. His initial description of the teeth make me think of an exotic fish some one release when they were done taking car of it.
