In my opinion: and I have ate a few different kinds of fish, wild caught Tilapia are as good as it gets.
I'm sure others have different taste but dadgum Tilapia are just wonderful eating fish, any way fried, baked, steamed, broiled, grilled, or poached.

I agree Jackie! Wild Tilapia have such a nice flavor while farm raised tend to be lacking in flavor. I have noticed that the larger ones.... 4.5 lbs and up....tend to have a more fishy taste than the 2 lb'ers. Aside from wild flounder....wild Tilapia are my favorite table fare.

Thats really how I met Scott, we were on a game show, Are You Smarter Than A first Grader. I didn't do so good but Scott walked away with a Zebco 202 and a fly swat.
