Hi,

I'm glad you made it! Welcome to FishingTX.Com the friendliest fishing forum you will find.

Take a look around and you'll discover a real community of very different people interested in fishing at all levels from beginner to expert. We seem to be primarily about catfish, but what unites everyone is the desire to communicate, share, learn and discuss fishing.

Whether you're here seeking help as a beginner to fishing, or are an advanced (PC) fisher person, it's great to see a new face. If you have a little knowledge share it with us.

Now, jump in and have a good time, while you are getting to know us.

Hello all and thanks for the welcome to Fishing Texas. I am looking forward to learning all I can from the folks here and giving what I know to the community. I am primarialy a bass angler but have been known to spend an evening or two crappie and cat fishing. I am located in central Texas and fish Stillhouse quite often. We just had a two day club tournament on Fayette the 9th and 10th and got back last night. I am going to try to post a report sometime today. Watch for the report and thanks again for the welcome to Fishing Texas.

Welcome bigbassin. One of our other members was planning a Fayette this past weekend--just fishing for fun, not in the tourny.. We are waiting to see how she did. Glad you are going to share with us.
