Playing in High water!

Parents be careful if you let your kids play in the ditches that are rushing with water. It may be fun to tube down,but somewhere at the end is a drain. Tell them or explain to them that the funnel at the end is dangerous and to stay away from it. My 13yr. old nephew got sucked into a drain Friday and is no longer with us. Please watch your kids or even a neighbors if there playing in high water. I've floated them as a kid and some of you probably have to, just keep an eye out on the little ones because its all fun and games to them.
