I like that Ranger I will post pics of mine when the camera gets out of the shop.

Mine is a 17' Cajun Bass boat with a Merc. 150 Like Croxt said its just an old tub but it runs good (Some of the time) and it is almost paid for.

I bought if from my grandpa for a little money and 6 months of grass cuttin. It was a deal for me cause I can come up with 1200 bucks and I can sure cut grass.

Another one of my boats, a Necky Sky 9.5 footer, my first kayak. The paddler is my younger son Curtis. Curtis is finishing his junior year at Louisiana Tech (Environmental Science major, maybe he'll save something for us to fish in our old age) and the kayak is loaded for a three day trip on the Brazos in 2006. Andrew, my older son, "borrowed this one a few months ago. Its still sitting next to his mobile home. I'm wondering if he expects it to find its way back home by itself.

I finally got a picture of my boat to addd to this thread. 1997 Blue Wave 189 Classic, 115 hp Johnson. She is 11 years old this year and starting to need a little care but runs good and is paid for long ago! Can't tell too much from the photo but this is unique boat. I special ordered it with a lot of custom features to accommodate jug and trotline fishing and night fishing. There is no carpet and two captains chairs on swivel mounts behind the console in stead of the usual ice chest bench seat. The front deck is flush and extended 14 inches, got a big platform to throw a cast net. Motor has many hours but got all new electronics last year and still runs good. Switched out the depth finders last year and now have fancy new color Lowrance units on the console and bow. If I find a couple thousand on the side of the road, I would like to add one of the new whiz-bang side imaging units to entertain me when I am not catching fish. She has got no name--we just call her the Blue Wave. Cecelia says I spend too much time with her but that's OK.

Yes , here it is .. the best fishing boat you can ever have !! a free one !!! My Dad gave me his boat a couple of years ago. My Dad bought this boat brand new for less than $8k back in 1980. Boy, the boats sure cost alot more now ! I was in the seventh grade when he bought this boat and it was one of the happiest days of my life !! We had a lot of good times in this boat ! We would still have some good times if I could just get him off the Kingwood golf course !

I have added alot of accessories and gadgets to it lately because I often go fishing by myself. One of the gadgets I'm working on is modifying a leather back massager chair to place in the front chair post in case Ole Bill ever wants to go juggin with me !

I've added a radio/cd 300 watt amp, 6 speakers, graph, gps, lights, dual aeration to the rear bait well, tilt & trim, water temp gauge, third battery, power inverter for 110 volt, 3 bank charger, rear troll motor, a bait tray, and my favorite an aaoooggaaaa horn !!! Need to order my Fishingtx.com sticker and put an aggie sticker on it and I'll be set !!

The last picture is of my Dad helping clean the motor. You know when you have a boat that you fished in back in the 80's it sure helps you not feel your age and that almost thirty years have flown by so fast !!! It doesn't seem like it's been that long !

More suited as a bay boat, our 20' Angler, CC, with 150 Mercury, does well up here on Lake Livingston. It has steep sides which are good when our grandkids are in the boat (less likely to fall out) and when the wind and waves kick up...and they do!

Gator it has a 88spl Johnson on it.I bought it last summer for 2500.00 and it was used in saltwater and I had to fix some pitting in the pontoon, recover some seats, had the carbs done t-stats and fuel lines replaced and replaced the springs on the tandem axle trailer.I think we got about 4000 in it now.

Just in case you all are on Lake O The Pines, you could recognize me. The first pic is of the John Boat that I murder them catfish in on the river. The later is of my Triton 1753 Crappie that I just bought 4 months ago....has only 5 1/2 hours on it. My fault I know, what can I say, I have been busy with more important issues.

Yes, the Lenco trim tabs and Permatrim have transformed the ride of the boat. I highly recommend them both! Rough water porpoise no longer, as I can easily lower the bow and cut through the waves.

Next mod is to add the new Lowrance HDS-5X on the bow.

Send me a copy of your boat and i'll load it up for you , photo bucket has ran out of space and kicked yours off,:grrr::chop: it looks like !!

Actually that was my fault. I rearranged all my pics into folders so I could find everything easier. Actually, every picture I've ever posted on here is probally gone now too.
