Need Fish Fry Team/Volunteers

Greetings gang! I'm needing y'alls help in finding either a fish fry team or a group of volunteers that can help us with a fish fry. We'll be hosting a Beast Feast event at our church (Mansfield, Texas) on September 27th (Monday). In additional to wild game (hog, squirrel, deer, etc.) we're also wanting to serve some fried catfish and crappie.

We're expecting close to 750 people at this years event so we're going to need several volunteers to help out on the fryers. So if you know of a group that does this or you can help us out with some frying, please let me know either by replying to this thread or sending me a private message (PM).

WOW we have the team , but where the heck is Mansfield and who is going to catch the fish??

Mansfield is just south of Arlington between Dallas and Fort Worth..... we're still working on the logistics of the fish too!
