This guy was out looking for hogs in Georgia with his shotgun. Heard a rattle and his first instinct was to point and shoot. The snake was about 6'2". Look at the head on that thing!!! Eastern Diamondback. :flehan:

Makes me wanna stay home more but deer and hog seasons are fast approaching. Good thing it is an eastern rattler. I will try to find a picture of another big un and post later. It would make this one look like one of its babies........ I also have a picture of rattlers killed at the deer lease by a friend of mine. It will make you shutter.

That is freaking huge man, not to mention that whole pit viper thing. I have been bit 4 times by posinous snakes went to emergency room twice, sucked. That would freak me for life. That thing is freaking nasty. No relation to boat

I forgot to post that I was bitten by coperhead cleaning flower bed at Moms. She came home and said I wanted all that pine straw for mulch. It been there for three years silly me. Anyway, way till you see the bill I have. bwahahahah. **** thing was in the front yard of Old Oaks off walters and 1960

I guarantee Jeff would be LRT or "Laying Right There" and I would be doing CPR on him after killing the snake. It is a wonder that I haven't had to do it yet.

Hey Snap Shot. Those Eastern Diamond Backs are in this area too! There was a man that was bitten in the Conroe area a few years ago that wound up dying from the bite!
