Uploading Avitar and Profile Pic -- Help

Wasn't sure where to post this, hope this is OK here. I am trying to post an avitar and profile pic. I click on the browse button, go to pic on my pc, put the pic location in the appropriate box, click on save the changes. Starts to do it's thing, green progression bars go across the bottom, then get message "upload failed" Don't know if something isn't turned on, activation finished??? Help appreciated.
PS I sent a pic on email earlier so I think pc is fine, Thanks, Joe

Thought about that, then figured the upload process would take care of that.

How would I go about resizeing?

Figured it out, had to resize the picture smaller than 19.5 kb or smaller than 320 x 320 pixels. On my computer I used Microsoft Picture Manager.

cool its a lil bit tricky to post pics on here but once ya get the hang of it its easy

I usually resize my pics and then drag them on my desktop page . When I choose brouse I go over to the desktop and click on it then hit upload .

You may need to email them to rodsmith if you can't figure it out .
