time is near.
What are your new years resolutions?

I'm not making any and will just try to live down the ones I have made over and over for years.
give up snuff
lose weight
eat better
tell fewer tall tales
be a better person

Making resolutions just ends up stressing me out because I usually end up back in my old routine . I'll just stick to trying to make the most of each day and enjoy the people that I get to share it with .

Give up snuff? Jackie I got about a half bottle of Garrett snuff that I took from my Granny's night stand about 40 years ago. I put some in my lower lip like she always did then I inhaled and dang near choked to death. l o l

I'll save it fer ya!

I ain't tuff enough for Garrett, that's the real deal.
Cut cedar today, and you better believe a cedar chopper works plenty hard. I vow not to do it in '11.

I have to agree with Jeff on this one. Resolutions are made to be broken, take a look at what they are doing to the Constitution.......
But for me, I will continue to work on the one that I consider the biggest for me. " My goal is to make every day better than yesterday and that includes helping others along the way".

I resolve just to have a closer walk with Jesus Christ, because with Him all things are possible, especially the ones you or I can't seem to accomplish on our own!

Just when I quit smoking, give up cold beer, loose weight and go to church more often, I'll get hit by a truck!

Very interesting thought Jackie but I was wondering what octane it was using. I have a picture I would like to add to this but don't know how to add when the post in not my original one. May start a new post with it as it is fitting to the topic.
