Well, I finally saw some rain. I had almost forgotten what it felt like. My 13 month old GGrandson had never seen this much rain. He immediately ran out to play in it just like I did when I was a little brat.

Rained real good for about 30 minutes then it was pretty much over. I can still hear thunder, so I hope we get some more rain.

 How much did it rain where you are?

I to finally got some rain also. Although looking outside you would never know it. The ground soaked it up just as fast as it was coming down. Don't know how much but it rained pretty hard for about 30 minutes.

Some people have more luck than others. I have been listening to the thunder and lightening yesterday pm and this afternoon and all I have seen in CROSBY is a couple drops/sprinkles on my pu windshield. It was not enough to mess up the dirt on the hood to make it look spotted like it usually does. Please send some my way...... Come on rain .....

It rained here for about an hour and a half today and two hours last night-we even got some pea sized hail last night and about fifteen minutes of very hard rain.

My eight-year-old wanted to know if the lake will fill-up now!

About 1/2-inch at my place in Atascocita. Rained good for 30 minutes yesterday (Monday), and maybe 10 minutes on Sunday evening. Was a lot more wind than rain on Sunday . . .

last night .68" on my rain gauge at the house on livingston. and we got .85 in Katy.

My grass is still screaming at both locations so whoever ordered the last batch of rain, try upping the anti a little and see if we get some more :P

only a blip in low water conditions though. The ground just sucked it up like a sponge.
