View Full Version : Buffalo Ribs

Has anyone been watching "Swamp Pawn"? They are taking ribs off 8-10 lb+ Buffalos and cooking them. They coat them like we do catfish, but with a lighter mix. Cook at 350%. I have not been able to figure out how long, but it should not take long to find out.

Looks like it may not be too bad. They now have them being served in one restaurant.

The biggest problem is cutting them and getting out the ribs. They are working on that.

John Folse cooked some in a light cajun sauce and loved them.

He is serving some to his high end clients with all kinds of topping.
They love them.

Is that something any of you would cook up and make a report? They may be on to something.

Carp Ribs????

I have cooked a rib or two but never Buffalo carp ribs.. I might know of a rub for them. LOL

I bet King of BBQ BigL could work his magic on them...
