I apologize if this is posted in the wrong section, but I didn't see one specifically related to boat maintenance, etc. I'm hoping that someone may be able to recommend a good mechanic somewhat close to Huffman. My boat's been sitting for a little while and I'd like to have someone go through it before the summer gets here. Thanks.

I took mine to Holliday Marina that is located in Huffman near the intersection of 2100 and 1960. He is located to the North East about three blocks of that red light and if you go east or north at the red light, you will see a sign next to the road showing which way to go. I have been very satisfied with his work and he will usually get it done quicker than most of the others. I did not have a good experience at FAT HEAD Marine (or whatever his name is) just north of 1960 on 2100.

James Holliday is a great boat mechanic. I took my boat to him and he told me exactly what he planned on doing to fix my motor and how much. Picked up my boat at the end of the week and put it in the water and it ran like a caddy. James is an person honest and a great mechanic. My boat is running better than when I bought it and catching more fish. Give him a call he will HOOK YOU UP.

I call him the working man's mechanic! Great work, resonable price. And if somethin' ain't worth fixin', he will tell you honestly.
