Guys here is a picture of Cole wearing his club. He broke his hand in two places and the Dr said he could still play ball. The Dr wanted to see him again after a few days and guess what he broke his cast. He got a new pink one now.
During the football game the ref made him go back twice getting more padding before he could play.

The other picture is of all three grandsons.3564535644

Great looking kids with some great numbers on thier jerseys. One of the blessings of being a grandparent is that we can enjoy them growing up and yet send them home at night. My two grandsons and daughter has recently moved out and the house sure is quiet.

Lou it was funny he was trying to pull the ball out from the runner and you could see it wasn't working then he started trying to punch the ball out. He had a good time.

His older brother played Friday night and looked good. They called the game at halftime because of lightning. They Tomball the win because they were up 35 to 0.

I am out at Spring Creek Park with 18 slabs of ribs on the pit. The brisket and pulled pork are cooked and just need warming up.

Vetto sorry but I was out there before daylight this morning and did not stop. I did not get any pictures.
I did get some good comments on the ribs. One man that is known for his cooking (not BBQ) said in front if 20 people that those were the best he has ever eaten. Major complement.
This is the new Chuprabraba rub that I am using now.

My sister and daughter served my brisket to the varsity football team Saturday and after they ran out of buns (2 each) the guys just started eating it with no bread. They liked it. They were surprised when Cam told them his grandfather had cooked it.

You've got some good looking grandsons there Bigl and I know you are proud.
Now, with all this talk of your BBQ you've made my mouth start watering.......I sure hope I can make it Saturday. I've got a lot going on right now.

Don't have to see pics of BIGL's ribs and briskets. Been seeing and eating them for years and bottom line - don't get no better than BIGL's.
