Blackstone Griddle

The wife got me a Blackstone outdoor griddle for my birthday this year. I thought I'd give you guys a lil review in case you were interested in possibly purchasing one.
First off assembly was pretty easy. Only took about 10 mins to slap together. The griddle top itself is heavy as hades though.
Seasoning the top takes a while and a good bit of oil (and propane) but eventually that top will turn black for you when ready to go.

Anyway, got some garlic butter made up and tossed it on a bit at a time and man, was it outstanding. I used about 2 pounds of shrimp, 4 chicken thies, almost 1 whole white onion, 2 bunches of green onion and 7 eggs.
Edit: forgot to add, I used 3 bags of the success rice. It worked well. Not clumpy at all.

Pros- Really love the seer this things puts on meat. The food comes out as good as if you were sitting in a shoguns or benihana.
Cons- It is hot to cook over. I'm kind of used to tossing some meat on the fire, drinking a beer, turning the meat and drinking another beer. Not the case with this thing. You are busy from the word go. All in all, I'd recommend this cooker to anyone who enjoys cooking outside.
FYI, the chicken is soaking in teriyaki and the the only seasoning on the scallops was a very light salt and then cooking them in heavy amounts of the garlic butter.

Thanks guys. Vetto, you really seem to enjoy cooking outdoors. I bet you'd get your monies worth out of 1. Like I say, only real downfall is the heat from this thing while cooking over it. btw amazon had the best prices when we were searching.
