When you find a good reel service person keep them busy. Reel cleaning is not very difficult but time consuming and I much prefer to fish than work on reels. I keep about a dozen over at my reel repair man house at all times. Pick up a dozen and leave the latest victims. Somehow my newer reels that are at least 10 years old and a lot in the 20+ age bracket so they require a tune up more often. Good thing Abu's don't change all that much.
