First off I'm not a customer of StarBucks nor will I ever pay$$$ that for a cup of coffee. I did catch the interview with the owner and founder of the company. In my opinion this guy is the real deal and I have a new found respect for his business and the way it is run. Off the cuff he is thinking of a presidential run as an Independent. I'm not meaning for this to be political in any way.
According to Forbes he is richer than Donald Trump and in anyones mind that is ample money$.

We don't have cable or local TV. I have never been to Starbucks but they seem to be very successful. My buddy at work was invited to Starbucks and ordered a plain black coffee. The staff was shocked and they finally found an employee who was able to decipher his order. Plain. Black. Coffee. Large.

Communicating with the two fellors above is very difficult to impossible depending on the subject or day of the week it happens to fall on.
