I know there was some to varying degrees down at the coast unfortunately. I figured most lakes were ok. Ponds here seemed fine when they thawed out, but figured I'd ask if anyone seen (or heard) of any on the local lakes?

I had some perch in my plastic pond and it froze over about 1 1/2 of ice i tried to dip them out but could not find them so i figured m y racoon friends had got them (by the way i see two of my traps are tripped ) after the ice thawed i saw them swimming round so they mist be real cold hardy . i fed them some worms and they came up and devoured them they. were pretty hungry. Some salt water species were not so lucky i saw on tv

I saw this on another site. (Kings Harbor today and noticed about 30-40, or maybe even more, dead fish floating along the edge of the river. They were all along the walkway from Zamittis to the dock).
