Thanks to all. I don't get to go out as much as I would like ( 4 month old son ), but I get out there every chance I get. I fish Conroe, LIvingston, T-Bend, and Rayburn when they have water in them and I get time as well. Love to fish Huntsville State Park as well. Caught 4 bass on spinnerbaits in shallow water Tuesday on Houston. Caught 3 last week, but still unable to catch those eaters...Crappie. This time last year, they were great, but not yet this year. Big Dave, I can't wait. My Dad always took me fishing as a kid. I wish now that I would have paid more attention though. We fished Livingston in the hayday of the 80's...lot's of big fish...and Conroe when it still had hydrilla...before someone was always complaining and trying to kill it. Lots of fun...he gave up bass fishing though...those crappie have a way of doing that I guess.
