Thanks everybody. I live in Katy now, so I mainly fish fayette, gibbons creek. If I get back home I fish lake nacogdoches. I mainly fish for bass.

But now that the weather is warmer I will be taking my 5 year old crappie fishing this weekend. I have not decided between Lake Houston or the river south of the dam. Any info you crappie fishers can give me the better.

:welcome:Hey jwhO218 welcome to de board and either place would be good this time of year I was down at the pier with NFL and david and saw 1 boat come in with 9 nice slabs caught round the piers , CastNblast is out also :welcome:
