No Drivers License .....

No drivers license, no insurance and driving under the influence of prescription pain killers . My daughter was rear ended last week. She has no damage, the car has minor paint scratch on the plastic bumper. She was blinking and braking for her turn and noticed the car behind her weaving. The other car braked hard and skidded into her before she got to her turn. 1/2 mile from the house. I got there and the lady could hardly talk/walk. When the officer asked her what happened she said, " I guess I was going to fast." Bottom line, she is off the road,, temporarily, car was towed and nobody got hurt. Yall be careful and give your spouse and children a hug today.

my daughter was hit from behind 2 months ago by driver with no license or insurance when I got there the sheriff said nothing could be done and he was right I talk`d to my Attrny friend and he said I could file a small claims law suit but as long as they didn`t own anything it was a loss cause. if they don`t have insurance they sure`ly don`t have anything so the best thing to do is have uninsured motorest insurance. now Rachel is out of her car $ 5,000.00 value

SO what about the law that you have to have insurance ??

our hot shot guy has been hit 3 times in the last 6 mths by ppl with no license, insurance or anything. He keeps having to pay it

what I think should happen is when they get pulled over an have no ins, or dr-lic they should go to jail
and have the vehicle taken and charge a penilty fee to get it back or lose it

I agree Ben - being drunk, no drivers license no proof of insurance. To me that equals Jail and I don't care what your name is. I wonder if her license sticker and inspection sticker were up to date.

How do they know if the car was not stolen??
