I was in Huffman a couple of days ago and saw this. He stopped at a convince store and I asked if I could take a picture and he said sure.
The other picture are ribs at 1 1/2 hours with a new rub.

I've been had some of that BBQ, and it is rated LARPIN, so if you don't know about that rating it is the very top and reserved for very few.
